Based in Paris (headquarters), the international business developer will be responsible for developing new markets (APAC, Middle East, Africa, Europe, LATAM...) and identify new opportunities for growth.
You will need to be a highly confident, sales-driven and mentor leader, able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Seeking new business opportunities and establish high-level relationships with potential clients.
Design and execute the regional strategy with our partners and distributors.
Managing the key accounts, ensure optimal processes and delivery of successful outcomes.
Coordinate with marketing to develop campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Monitor and measure the return on investment in order to ensure they are effectively supporting growth targets and resources are well allocated
Recruiting and mentoring resources for business development.
Regular reporting to the Administration.
Desired Skills And Experience
Proven background in developing new business.
Qualification: MBA - Specialized in International Business (IB) / Marketing or Diploma/Degree in Sales or Business related field, or Psychology.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Human Resources and Psychometrics will be preferred asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence people at all levels and interact comfortably with different cultures.
Attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach to work.
Hard working, ambitious, target driven with a hard-core selling attitude.
Position: Full Time
Remuneration: Fixed salary (depending on profile and experience) + sales commissions + profit sharing plan
